1. BACKGROUND PROJECT

Although there is still a certain gap between domestic and foreign animation level, the love of animation in China will not be inferior to that in foreign countries. Xiamen International Animation Festival every year is the embodiment of this enthusiasm, aiming to promote excellent animation and develop our own excellent animation IP.

尽管国内的动画水平和国外还有一定差距，但对动画的热爱，国内并不会输于国外。每年的厦门国际动漫节，正是这一热情的体现，旨在弘扬优秀动画，发展我们自己的优秀动画IP。

2. STORYBOARD

The film takes the dynamic Golden Dolphin as the main body. Through roaming in a series of excellent domestic animation, the audience can appreciate the different charm of domestic animation. And these luminescent spots are finally integrated into the most shining symbol of Golden Dolphin Animation Festival.

影片以动态金海豚为主体，通过在一系列优秀的国产动画中遨游，带观众领略不一样的国产动画魅力。而这些发光点，最终都融汇成金海豚动漫节最闪耀的标志。

“Golden Dolphin” animation competition is recognized by the industry for its professional evaluation. It is one of the most prestigious and influential competitions in China’s animation industry with the highest prize. Collect excellent works from many regions in the world to compete for 9 awards.

“金海豚”动画作品大赛以专业化的评审获得业界肯定，是中国动漫作品大赛奖金最高、中国动画界最权威、影响面最广的赛事之一。面向全球多个地区征集优秀作品共同角逐9项大奖。

Through the exchange and evaluation of Chinese and foreign animation works, we can excavate domestic excellent animation works and talents, and promote the development of Chinese original animation.

通过中外动画作品交流评比，挖掘国内优秀动画作品和人才，促进中国原创动画的发展。

以“托举动画精品，纵论产业风云”为口号，力争把“金海豚”动画作品大赛打造成国际知名奖项，使厦门成为世界级动画胜地，并以此为平台，使世界优秀动画作品走进中国，让中国优秀动画作品走向世界。

3. CHARACTER SETTING

As the symbolic subject of Animation Festival, Golden Dolphin has taken on the task of running through the film logic since the beginning of the film. Through the movement of dolphins, the audience can travel through excellent works, which plays a key role in the follow-up press conference.

作为动漫节标志性主体的金海豚，在影片开始就担负起了贯穿影片逻辑任务。通过海豚的移动，带动观众视角游历一个个优秀作品，对后续的发布会内容有着关键性作用。

4. CAMERA VOICE DESIGN

The film adopts the form of multi perspective combination. In the case of limited time, it can also let the audience feel the charm of animation from different angles, and unconsciously follow Golden Dolphin to watch the film to the end.

影片采用了多视角组合的表现形式，在时长有限的情况下，也能让观众从不同的角度感受动画的魅力，不自觉的跟随金海豚观看影片到最后。

The function of the mirror is to connect the logic in series. Only by taking every step well in the early stage can we make the later stage more smoothly. Multi scene picture expression, more need to pay attention to the way of convergence, transition settings will directly affect the quality of the film.

分镜的作用就在于将逻辑串联，只有在前期踏好每一步，才能让后期更加顺利推进。多场景的画面表达，更需要讲究衔接的方式，转场设置的好坏会直接影响影片质感。

国内很丑的一家公司，拥有独立IP安戈力(UGLY)形象，在业务上定位于国内MG动画制作生产工厂。取名于英文单词UGLY（丑的含义），公司Slogan“丑从未如此艺术”，展现安戈力作为艺术创作理念及核心，安戈力形象在IP授权、衍生产品合作极度受市场欢迎。
